Products
Ningaloo Lures products are handcrafted. As a result, minor variations in colour, pattern, finish, positioning and appearance may occur between individual products.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view our website.
These variations do not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Fishing and product use
Fishing involves inherent risks, and our products must be used responsibly and appropriately.
Hooks, rigging components and other fishing equipment may be sharp and can cause serious injury. Customers are responsible for selecting, handling, rigging and using products appropriately for their intended fishing conditions and application.
Any fishing information, rigging suggestions or recommendations provided by Ningaloo Lures are general in nature and do not guarantee a particular fishing result or catch.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Ningaloo Lures is not currently registered for GST, and prices therefore do not include a separately charged GST component.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless agreed with the customer or required by law.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to availability and successful payment.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including an inventory discrepancy, pricing error, suspected fraudulent transaction or delivery issue.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for any amount paid for products we cannot supply.
Product availability
Some Ningaloo Lures products are produced in limited quantities.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product. An order is not secured until checkout has been successfully completed.
If an inventory error results in a product becoming unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include an alternative product, waiting for replacement stock where agreed, or a refund.
Shipping
We currently offer shipping to destinations made available at checkout.
Shipping charges, available services and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal or courier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us before returning any product. Approved customers will be provided with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Promotions and discount offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum quantities, expiry dates and other conditions stated with the offer.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
We may cancel or refuse the use of a discount where it has been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the stated conditions of the promotion.
